Nutrigenomic testing
Nutrigenomics is the study of how genes interact with nutrition to influence overall health. A nutrigenomic test examines your unique genetic makeup to identify specific genetic variations that may impact areas like metabolism, nutrient absorption, and your body’s ability to process key nutrients.
With these insights, you can make truly personalised and proactive choices about your diet and lifestyle. The test results can guide simple yet impactful decisions, such as adding particular foods or, in some cases, avoiding certain ones—moving beyond a “one-size-fits-all” approach. This tailored guidance can empower you to make informed changes that align with your genetic profile, supporting your health in a way that’s specifically suited to you.
